HCRC
is a non-profit school that shares the love of God with the people of China
by ministering to children with special needs. It was founded in 2000 by
Mr. Lin Yi and his wife Hiromi Hashii as the first branch of Lighthouse
Limited, Inc. and currently enrolls about 30 students each year. HCRC began
by meeting the needs of children with 
hearing
impairments and has recently grown to include children with mental and speech
disabilities. Future plans include work training classes, being able to
care for children with any physical and mental handicaps, and to be able
to pass this expertise on to others with the same vision, including the
Chinese government. HCRC currently employs and pays about 12 full-time staff
thanks to the generous contributions of those who have a heart for the work
God doing here in LuoYuan, China.
